Mary & Paul live in the most beautifully secluded period home in Chorlton. They came to me through their main contractor O’Brian Building services looking for a small but fully functional kitchen for their basement conversion.

The plan for the space was to make the dark & sooty basement into a self-contained multifunctional space that could be used for guests, parties & act as an Air bnb opportunity also. Mary & Paul have a wonderfully eclectic flavour & they wanted a simple & stylish kitchen that they could dress with reclaimed furniture & accessories.

To hold up to the house parties & Air bnb we chose the toughest materials which include Perfect Matt kitchen doors that are resistant to chipping & fingerprints & of course Dekton ultra-compact worktops which will stand up to anything life can throw at them.

 

The result was the perfect Chorlton getaway!
